Go is an ancient Chinese strategy board game of surrounding territory using black and white stones.

The Toronto Go Club runs meetings, teaches classes, hosts tournaments and supports the go playing community of Toronto.

We provide an open space to play go for free and hold our meetings at the 519 Church Street Community Centre every Sunday from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM.

However, due to the pandemic, we are not meeting but plan to resume once the lockdown is lifted.

For other places to play go in Toronto, check the Lawrence Park Go School and Club, the University of Toronto Go Club and the Toronto Go Players Meetup.

More information on go can be found at the Canadian Go Association and you can also play go over the Internet on the Online Go Server.

The Toronto Go Club can be found on Facebook, Twitter, Discord, Instagram , and Flickr.
